If your baby is preparing to come out of the sunroof as they say, this is the class for you! The Positive Caesarean Birth Class is a one-on-one private class that will help you prepare for a positive, empowered and calm caesarean birth. These are available via Zoom and come with 4hours of face to face teaching and a folio of resources including access to a comprehensive online library of resources (including educational birthing videos, relaxation mp3s, extra tuition, pdf downloads etc.).
